Hi. I'm Sonya Hanlin and I can help you achieve profound personal and spiritual transformation with the Amrit Method of Yoga Therapy.  I hold a safe and trusting space to help you release physical and energetic blockages in the body.

Because it has helped me overcome enormous obstacles like deep depression, anxiety and CPTSD stemming from a history of complex trauma. My healing has been so profound, I've made it my life's purpose to help you release what's holding you back from the peace, purpose and joy you deserve. 

Now certified and practicing the Amrit Method of Yoga Therapy, I can help release those stuck experiences, freeing you to be your best self, your true self -- the person you are meant to be.
